What is a sprain?

A sprained ankle is when you stretch or tear the ligaments. It mainly happens when people lose their balance on slippery terrain, either during a spontaneous movement or during active play. Choosing your ankle support size

Measure your ankle girth, to 5 cm above the ankle joints. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 20 - 22 cmSize 2: 22 - 23.5 cmSize 3: 23.5 - 25 cmSize 4: 25 - 26.5cm
